As a Food Production Assistant, you will have to work closely with a small team to ensure our food production is efficient, HACCP compliant and all food is made to a high standard. You will have experience of working with food production equipment and a good understand of the general health and safety and food safety practices which are essential in food production.
What will you do?
- Work on all stages of the production line and meeting production targets
- Following health and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor
- Following production guidelines and specifications
- Finalising and packaging products for shipment to other Mleczko stores
- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
- Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty
- Performing other tasks as assigned
What will you need?
· Production work experience (familiar with making pierogi and/or croquettes)
· Health and Safety knowledge and ability to comply with process
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work as a team is essential
