About This Role
We’re looking for a passionate healthcare assistant to support a cheeky boy with an infectious smile. He enjoys watching TV, unwinding with head massages and cuddles and loves soaking up attention from his family and care team. You will oversee his care needs and manage his clinical interventions as required. During a night shift you will carry out his bedtime routine, ensuring his comfort and create a calming environment to support a restful night’s sleep. In addition, At night, he is usually asleep when his care team arrives. He often sleeps well through the night, but should he wake, you will gently help him settle back to sleep by offering his iPad or turning on the TV.
Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex healthcare needs is desirable. Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
