Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their oral health and comfort. The position is mixed NHS and Private, salary quoted is for NHS and private income is in addition and suitable for both experienced practitioners and recent graduates eager to develop their clinical skills.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health.
- Diagnose dental conditions using clinical evaluation and medical imaging techniques.
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver seamless patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Dentist registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) or equivalent regulatory body.
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques used in dentistry for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate approach towards patient care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: £74,250.00-£93,120.00 per year
