We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Community Carers to join our team, supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes.
This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as you will be travelling between clients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Administer or prompt medication as per care plans
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding if required
- Support clients with mobility, using equipment where necessary
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Carry out domestic tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in clients’ conditions
- Follow health and safety and safeguarding policies at all times
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and respectful attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
- Willingness to undergo DBS check and provide references
