Support Worker Waking Nights - Bromsgrove B61

We are currently looking for someone to join our waking night team at one of our small Supported Living Services in the Bromsgrove area. This service is a lovely modern detached bungalow where we will support up to 3 clients.
This role covers the waking night service and requires lone working.
This position will cover 3/4 Waking Nights per week, working from 10pm to 7am. Your waking nights working pattern will be discussed with you but you must be able to take part in a rota which may include weekend nights on a rota basis.
You must be flexible to attend supervisions, staff meetings, ongoing mandatory training some of which will take place during the day time. Initially all induction training will take place during the first 2 - 3 weeks during the day.
What we are looking for from our Support Workers:
- You must have at least one years experience in a similar setting

- You must be able to work shifts detailed above
