Urban Reef is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team. If you're someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things clean and organised, and works well as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:

Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.

Keeping the kitchen, pot wash area and storage areas clean and organised.

Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required.

Receiving and putting away deliveries.

Emptying bins and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.

Ensuring all cleaning schedules are completed.

Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
What we're looking for:

A strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Reliable, punctual and able to work evenings and weekends.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Previous kitchen porter experience is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided.

A willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
