Hopwood Community Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced, highly organised and forward-thinking School Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key strategic role in the leadership of a successful two-form entry primary school with high expectations, a committed staff team and supportive governing board.
Working closely with the Headteacher, you will lead the school's business functions including finance, human resources, health and safety, premises, procurement and compliance.
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience of school business management or school finance.

Has excellent financial planning and budget management skills.

Can provide strategic leadership whilst maintaining excellent operational systems.

Has strong knowledge of HR, contracts and employment procedures.

Is highly organised, resilient and an excellent communicator.
