Due to the continued expansion of our friendly nursery in Retford, we are looking to welcome an enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our supportive team!

About the Role
You Will:
- Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in-line with the EYFS, including playtime, arts and crafts and educational games
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Maintain a clean and organised childcare environment
- Prepare and serve snacks, suitable for all intolerances and allergies
- Assist with nappy changes and potty training as needed
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress, communicating effectively with parents and raising any concerns as appropriate
- Work as part of a motivated and friendly team
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including maintaining proper hygiene practices
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- A good understanding of the EYFS statutory framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, caring and professional approach
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to learn)

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
