About Healthera
Healthera is transforming how patients access healthcare by connecting millions of patients with over 1,700 pharmacies across the UK.
Our platform helps patients manage prescriptions, book pharmacy and clinic services, and access healthcare more conveniently through one connected experience.
We're looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own our B2C customer lifecycle, helping patients discover more of what Healthera has to offer while increasing engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
Working across Email, SMS, Push Notifications and In-App Messaging, you'll design personalised customer journeys that drive measurable commercial impact across prescriptions, pharmacy services, clinic treatments and OTC shopping.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of lifecycle marketing at Healthera, working alongside Product, Data and Marketing to build a best-in-class CRM programme from the ground up.

- Plan and deliver CRM campaigns across prescriptions, pharmacy services, clinic treatments and OTC shopping.
- Manage our B2C social media channels, supporting lifecycle campaigns with engaging organic content and community updates.
- Identify new engagement opportunities, including loyalty, referral, reactivation and cross-sell campaigns.
- Run A/B tests and use data to continuously improve customer engagement, retention and revenue.
- Measure and report on CRM performance, using insights to shape future campaigns and customer journeys.
- Work closely with Product, Data and Marketing to improve the end-to-end customer experience and help evolve our CRM capabilities.
