Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
- Ensure all instruments are cleaned, sterilised, and stored according to infection control standards.
- Provide reassurance and support to patients before, during, and after treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
- Comply with all health and safety, safeguarding, and CQC regulations.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
- Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, professional, and positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with dental practice management software is desirable but not essential.
