Duties
- Lead training sessions and organize practice drills to improve players’ technical skills and game understanding
- Develop engaging game strategies and motivate team members to perform their best during matches
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages respect, discipline, and collaboration among players
- Monitor player progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor coaching methods to individual needs
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and maintain a safe playing environment
- Coordinate with other coaches or volunteers to plan tournaments, friendly matches, and community events
- Promote sportsmanship and fair play both on and off the field, serving as a role model for athletes
Experience
- Prior sports coaching experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring is essential
- Strong background in football or related sports, with knowledge of game rules and techniques
- Experience in teaching or working with youth or diverse groups is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, and team staff
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a positive attitude and motivational approach
