Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Briercliffe, BB10
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Service: Children's Residential Home
Service Users: 2 x Young People (EBD, settled, both in full-time education)

- Ofsted Registration: Already registered and operational
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to take the lead in our established 3-bed home (operated as a 2-bed). You will oversee the care of two settled young people who are engaged in full-time education, supported by a consistent and committed team.
You should have:
✅ A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
✅ A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
✅ Strong leadership, safeguarding, and compliance knowledge
✅ A genuine passion for delivering trauma-informed, high-quality care
Stability & Structure: A calm, well-established setting with settled young people

Competitive Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 DOE, with performance incentives
Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule with no sleep-ins
