JST Electronics are a family run business with over 30 years of experience. We are domestic appliance repair specialists, based in Bellshill, specialising in various small domestic appliances such as (but not limited to); TVs, vacuum cleaners, laptops & PCs, microwaves, e-scooter & bikes and hair dryers & straighteners.
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated small domestic appliance engineer to join our team at JST Electronics in Bellshill. As a key member of our workshop team, you will ensure timely assessments and repairs of customer product.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer product, namely carrying out assessments and repairs on various small domestic appliances.
- Record required event details and images from assessments/repairs carried out and upload them to numerous platforms.
- Ensure health & safety is followed daily.
- Provide in-person customer service.
- Answering customer enquiries via phone and provide repair quotes.
- Replacement part sourcing.
- Working independently and as part of a team.
- PCB board repairs and soldering preferred but not essential.
