Contract Reporting & Compliance Coordinator -Full time
Location: Hybrid working with regular attendance at our Merthyr Tydfil & Bridgend facility when required.
BOF is looking for a highly organised and proactive Contract Reporting & Compliance Coordinator to support our reporting, compliance and customer portal activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets and business systems and wants to develop a career in sustainability, compliance and business operations. Previous sustainability or carbon reporting experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
Responsibility
- Managing and maintaining key business data, spreadsheets and reporting trackers.
- Analysing information and producing reports for customers and internal teams.
- Monitoring customer, procurement and compliance portals, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating information requests from suppliers and colleagues.
- Supporting business reporting and compliance activities.
- Helping ensure key deadlines are met across multiple projects and reporting requirements.
- Supporting the ongoing development of BOF's sustainability and compliance processes.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their workload.
- Confident using Microsoft Office 365 and learning new systems.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience working with business reporting, compliance, administration or procurement processes.
- Experience of customer portals, tender systems or supplier data management.
- Interest in sustainability, environmental reporting or ESG.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint or other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Commercial Furniture.
