Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), including occasional evenings and weekends to support events.

The Role
We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing & Audience Growth Lead to take ownership of our digital marketing activity.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and external specialists including our PPC and PR agencies, photographer and videographer, you'll help grow awareness, increase bookings, strengthen visitor loyalty and maximise the impact of every campaign.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering social media, email marketing, website content, SEO, analytics, campaign delivery and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and grow our organic social media channels, creating engaging content and managing our online community.
· Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, CRM journeys and audience segmentation.
· Keep website content fresh, engaging and optimised for SEO.
· Repurpose content across social media, website, email and digital campaigns.
· Coordinate digital campaigns with internal teams and external agencies.
· Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console and CRM insights, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Use AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and creativity.
· Help ensure every digital touchpoint reflects The Story of Emily brand and visitor experience.
About You
You'll have experience in digital marketing and be confident balancing creativity with commercial thinking.
· Managing business social media accounts
· Email marketing and CRM
· Website CMS platforms
· SEO and Google Analytics (GA4)
· Creating engaging written and visual content
· Campaign planning and performance analysis
· Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools
Experience within tourism, hospitality, heritage or visitor attractions would be an advantage, as would knowledge of AI marketing tools, HubSpot, Looker Studio or Google Tag Manager.
