Rutledge Recruitment are currently recruiting Slaughterhall Operatives for our client based in Cullybackey.
Early shift pattern:
Monday–Friday: 7.30am to 16.00pm (start times may vary depending on production requirements)
The Role:
- Carry out duties related to slaughter, dressing, and evisceration of pigs
- Work in line with strict animal welfare, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Safely use slaughterhall equipment, including knives, once fully trained
- Assist with loading lorries ready for dispatch when required

- Reliable with strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced meat production environment
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with a strong work ethic
