Experienced Bar & Front of House Staff
Oakridge Golf Club, Nuneaton
Oakridge Golf Club is looking to expand our Front of House team and is looking for experienced, reliable and customer-focused hospitality staff to join us.
We’re looking for people who already have experience working in a bar or hospitality environment and who are confident providing a high standard of service.
We have opportunities available at different levels depending on experience, with the potential for the right person to take on additional responsibility within the team.
The Role
Working as part of our Front of House team, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks
- Taking food and drink orders and providing friendly, professional service
- Preparing and serving items from our Bar Menu
- Working confidently across the bar during busy periods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and safety
- Completing daily checklists and basic paperwork
- Supporting cash handling and till procedures
- Assisting with stock deliveries, rotation and general stock control
- Helping to set up and run weddings, functions and events
- Supporting the wider team to ensure the bar and Front of House areas run smoothly
- Taking responsibility for maintaining standards and providing excellent service
For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to take on additional responsibility within the team, supporting the day-to-day running of the bar and helping to lead and support other members of staff.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a bar, hospitality or similar customer-facing environment
- Is confident, capable and able to work independently
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
- Has a positive and professional attitude
- Can remain calm and organised when things get busy
- Is confident dealing with customers and handling different situations
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining standards
- Is willing to get stuck in and help wherever needed
- Is interested in developing their skills and, where appropriate, taking on more responsibility

Additional Information
- 18+ due to the nature of the role
- Flexible hours available, including weekdays, evenings and weekends
- £10.85 – £12.71 per hour, depending on experience and level of responsibility
- 5–20 hours per week, with additional hours available during busy periods and events
