Job Overview: Nursery Manager

Pay, Hours & Perks
- Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per year (depending on experience).
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Core Responsibilities
- Setting & Operational Leadership: Oversee daily nursery operations, update setting policies, and support the Deputy Manager with weekly staff rotas.
- Team Management & Supervision: Lead and inspire staff, conduct team supervisions, and implement staff training plans.
- Curriculum & Developmental Care: Deliver room-based care with an emphasis on Reggio Emilia principles, ensure health and safety compliance, and track children's milestones using the Famly app.
- Community Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) and GCSE Maths (minimum).
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar nursery management or leadership role, along with practical Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience.
- Knowledge & Compliance: Strong working knowledge of EYFS standards and a valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
