JOB PURPOSE:
The role of Site Administrator will support the site management team across several areas. Be skilled in data analysis and able to respond to a fast-moving manufacturing environment, the successful candidate will be involved across all departments of the factory.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Managing site communications and supporting data analysis for site improvement projects

Support the Supply Chain, New Business and Customer Service Function
-
Managing inventory for site office supplies and stationery
-
Managing company uniform distribution
-
Support management and employees with the use of our Time Management System.

Responsible for booking meetings, greeting customers and visitors
-
Point of contact for travel and accommodation bookings for the Hamilton site.

Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
-
Site champion for the charity committees, health and wellbeing, and values first awards.

Support HR and EHS with site training requirements and management of site activity calendar.

To update notice boards around site as directed
