Property Manager (360° Portfolio)
We’re looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Property Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of managed residential properties. This is a true 360° role where you’ll manage your portfolio from start to finish, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own portfolio of residential properties.
- Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs from instruction through to completion.
- Carry out Inventories
- Carry out regular property inspections and follow up on any required works.
- Manage rent reviews and tenancy changes.
- Ensure properties remain legally compliant, arranging safety certificates and inspections where required.
- Handle tenancy issues and end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records and provide proactive communication throughout the tenancy.
About You
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- A positive, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Pay: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
