We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and inspiring Early Years Teacher / Preschool Room Leader to lead our preschool room and help prepare our children for the next exciting stage of their learning journey.

About the Role
As our Preschool Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding early years education.
- Create engaging, child-led learning experiences that follow the EYFS.
- Plan exciting opportunities that promote children's curiosity, independence and confidence.
- Support children's learning and development through high-quality observations and assessments.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
- Ensure the room is safe, welcoming and stimulating.
- Mentor, coach and support colleagues to continually develop their practice.
- Work alongside the management team to maintain the highest standards of care and education.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Has previous leadership experience or is ready to take the next step in their career.
- Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS, child development and safeguarding.
- Is passionate about providing outstanding learning experiences.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
