```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Cover reception desk as required
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist the Lead Administrator with Rota Management, Mi Reporting and Recruitment
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury care home for older persons by providing administrative support and maintaining an organized reception area.
Shift pattern - alternate weekends. 4 x 6 hour shifts per week
16 Hours a Week
