Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Compliance & Legal Administrator to support our Head of Compliance and Head of Legal across a broad range of governance, compliance and legal activities. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Compliance and Legal function.
· Complete customer and supplier due diligence questionnaires and coordinate supporting evidence.
· Manage and maintain shared Compliance and Legal inboxes, ensuring requests are triaged and actioned promptly.
· Support the maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring policies, procedures and records remain accurate and up to date.
· Assist with preparation for internal and external ISO audits, including coordinating evidence, tracking actions and supporting departments to remain audit ready.
· Coordinate Health & Safety meetings with Office Managers, record actions and monitor completion.
· Maintain compliance trackers, registers, audit actions and governance documentation.
· Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support continuous improvement across the business.
· Assist with order form generation and document creation.
· Provide general administrative support to compliance, legal and business continuity activities.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in an administrative, compliance or governance support role.
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint).
· Experience supporting ISO management systems or audits is desirable.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
