We are looking for a skilled Beautician to join our team, offering high-quality treatments and top-tier customer service. If you are passionate about beauty and eager to build a loyal client base, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Beauty Treatments:
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, threading, and other advanced skincare treatments.
- Advise clients on skincare routines and beauty products to enhance their experience.
- Offer and promote trending beauty treatments in addition to our existing services.
- If the candidate is able to offer nails and beauty treatments then we expect there to be lots of hours available.
- Customer Service & Sales:
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships.
- Clearly explain treatments and their benefits to clients.
- Upsell and recommend beauty packages and products tailored to client needs.
Hygiene & Salon Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and salon protocols.
Professional Development:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and innovations.
- Train in and utilise our 3D aesthetics machine (Hydrofacial experience preferred; training provided).
- Receive training on Comfort Zone beauty products.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar beautician role.
- Qualifications: UK-recognised Beauty Qualification (NVQ Level 2 or 3) is a must (due to insurance and council regulations).
- Language: Full proficiency in English to effectively communicate with clients and sell treatments.
- Technical Skills: Experience with facial machines (such as Hydrofacial) is preferred, but training is provided.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
