Class 1 Drivers Wanted – Immediate Starts Available!
We're recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing trunking work with a leading UK bakery.
The Role
- Trunking work on double-decker trailers.
- Delivering bakery products between Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs).
- Products are loaded on baskets and trolleys.
- You'll be required to assist with loading and unloading by rolling the trolleys on and off the trailer.
- Day and night shifts available.
- Work available 7 days a week.
- Shifts planned 2 weeks in advance, giving you regular, reliable work.
Day Shift Pay Rates
First 12 Weeks
- Monday–Friday: £16.00 per hour
- After 8 hours: £18.50 per hour
- Saturday & Sunday: £20.00 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £36.99 per hour
After 12 Weeks
- Monday–Friday: £16.00 per hour
- After 8 hours: £19.38 per hour
- Saturday: £20.00 per hour
- Sunday: £25.76 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £38.53 per hour
Night Shift Pay Rates
First 12 Weeks
- Monday–Friday: £18.00 per hour
- After 8 hours: £22.01 per hour
- Saturday & Sunday: £20.00 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £44.02 per hour
After 12 Weeks
- Monday–Friday: £18.00 per hour
- After 8 hours: £23.02 per hour
- Saturday: £23.02 per hour
- Sunday: £30.62 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £45.81 per hour
