We are looking for an experienced professional to join our luxury retail environment. Previous retail experience within the jewellery and/or high-end watch industry is essential.

Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury jewellery and/or high-end watch retail
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Proven experience delivering exceptional luxury customer service
- Strong face-to-face client experience with a professional and confident manner
- Ability to create and assist with social media advertisements and content
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional appearance and a genuine passion for the luxury industry
This is a client-facing role, so candidates must be comfortable working with high-net-worth clients and providing a consistently premium, personalised service.

Pay: £25,420.00-£26,436.80 per year
