Salary: Up to £34,500 (depending on experience) and commission

Hours: 7.30-5.30 (Term Time), shorter hours in the school holidays

Role responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SEN education-based roles in Pupil Referral Units and Complex Needs Schools

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing warm clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively particularly for SEN TA's

Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions

Identify and attract high-quality candidates for SEN education positions through various sourcing methods

Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
What are we looking for:

A minimum of 12 months experience operating in a full 360 capacity

The ability to implement effective candidate attraction strategies

Experience of client engagement and retention, to secure new contracts and school users

A confident and strong communicator who is a target driven and goal orientated

A bubbly and outgoing individual who is able to build trust with customers

Knowledge of the SEN sector is preferable but not essential
