Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing property lettings, liaising with clients, and ensuring a seamless rental process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and organisational abilities to develop their career within the property industry.
As a property consultant you will have a portfolio of properties to manage. Dealing directly with landlords and tenants to ensure each property is managed and maintained to a high standard. This is a varied role with both office work and external work.
Office work will be dealing with maintenance issues liaising with trades, owners and tenants, signing up new tenants and carrying out referencing and relevant paperwork. External work will include accompanying tenants on property viewings and carrying out property inspections.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Previous lettings experience would be desirable but not essential.
- Strong administration, organisational and delegation skills are essential for this role

As members of the Guild of professional estate agents we give full up to date lettings training.
Duties
- Responding promptly to lettings enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information to prospective tenants
- Negotiating rental terms between landlords and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Managing the advertising of available properties across various platforms
- Maintaining organised records of all lettings activities and client interactions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
