Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer with a DS licence for Chatham Street Ambassadors role to join our team in Kent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe environment for our clients and their properties, aligning with our commitment to excellence in service.
-This is a temporary contract for approx 7 Weeks
-Working on a rota system;
-Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday 10am-6pm
-Thursday, Friday 10am-7pm
-Saturday 10am-6pm
-Sunday 10am-5pm
-This is a Patrolling Officer position and you will be on your feet all day, outside in the high syreet and surrounding areas interacting with the public.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
- Certification in First Aid is preferred.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
