We are looking for a reliable, organised, and dependable Stores Assistant to join our team in a hands-on role, essential to keeping our production and manufacturing operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, enjoy working in a busy team environment, and understand the importance of accuracy while managing stock, handling goods inwards, and supporting production by accurately kitting and de-kitting jobs. Key Responsibilities
· Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods, ensuring deliveries are accurate and recorded correctly.
· Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out regular stock checks.
· Organise and store materials efficiently within the stores area.
· Prepare and kit materials for Surface Mount (SMT) and Conventional production jobs.
· De-kit returned jobs, ensuring all components are accurately checked, accounted for, and returned to stock.
· Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately using the company's inventory system.
· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe stores environment.
· Work closely with the production team to ensure materials are available when required.
· Identify and report stock discrepancies or shortages.

· Familiarity with stock control or inventory management systems.
Pay: Up to £26,500.00 per year
