Crest Lodge in Hindhead, Surrey is looking to recruit enthusiastic Registered Nurses who have a passion for providing the best possible nursing care. You will work within a team, providing specialist mental health care for adults with enduring mental illness who have multiple and complex needs that require intensive support.
We provide comprehensive multi-disciplinary services and work closely with local specialist mental health teams, tertiary service providers, primary care, local statutory and non-statutory agencies, service users and carers.
What does it involve day-to-day?
● Delivering person-centred clinical care, and dementia care.
● Assessment, implementation and maintenance of individual care plans for residents.
● Keeping up to date accurate care records, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
● Liaising with relatives, GPs and other professionals. `
● Completing referrals to external services
● Ordering, storing and administering medicines
● Undertaking assessments to ensure that care is resident-focused and that the residents’ dignity and privacy are maintained at all times.
What you will need:
● A reliable, patient, happy and caring attitude
● Degree in Nursing or recognised nursing qualification
● Registration with the NMC
● Maintaining and following NMC re-validation process.
● Excellent level of written and spoken English
● Right to work in the UK
