Transaction Banking department is responsible for the product ownership of Corporate and Financial institution client’s Trade Finance, Commodity Finance, Cash Management, E-banking product as well as Corporate client’s Account, Payment, Deposit, overdraft services. As a Cash Management Operations - Mandarin Speaking, you will be supporting the end-to-end management of cash management products, including system management and development, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle management. You will play a key role to deliver innovative liquidity and payment solutions to corporate and institutional clients. This is a full time permanent position.
Key responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic roadmap for cash management products (e.g. payments, collections, liquidity management, account services)

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, client needs, and new business opportunities

Assist in the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-launch review

Manage and support with the enhancement of cash management related systems

Develop and maintain product-pricing models, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness

Monitor product performance metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with relationship managers to structure solutions for key clients

Create product collaterals, training materials and sales toolkits to support business development

Support with product innovation initiatives, including digital transformation and innovative banking solutions

Deliver product training to internal stakeholders and support client meetings

Collaborate with relevant teams to review product documentation and processes

Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies
Requirements

Degree educated in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant subject

IT or Banking experience is preferred

Experience within Cash Management or Transaction Banking is preferred
