We are a small business located in Theatre Square, Swindon and operate a dark kitchen.
Also known as ghost kitchen or cloud kitchen.
We specialise in home deliveries and catering only.
The food we are to sell are: Tacos, Hot Dogs, Sides, Rice Bowls, Burritos, and grilled sandwiches.
We are currently work with JustEat, Deliveroo, UberEats and have our own website.
We are a new business and looking to create a loyal customer base.
The position requires individuals with energy, enthusiasm, and passion to serve and present great food. It requires an individual that recognises what paying customers expect.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with orders, co-coordinating deliveries and drivers. Above all the applicant must have an insight into cooking and experience in Tex Mex, Mexican and quality cooking and prepping high end fast food.
A passion for serving and preparing food and also a drive to learn about the grass roots in this type of business and environment.
The successful candidates will prepare fresh food, made to order.
Experience is necessary but more to the point the applicant must be keen on customer service and have passion for cooking and presenting food, even if it’s in a fast food industry.
Training and coaching will be given. Long term positions and opportunity into management and profit share for targets met through a bonus system.
For the right applicant a profit share will be offered upfront to drive the businesses forward and to become working partners.
Food hygiene certificate required. Knowledge of HACCP is important. Candidate must be able to work under pressure.
This is a multi task position in a small and demanding environment, but brings great satisfaction and a self managed theme.
