Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in handyman maintenance, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Facilities Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our environment while providing support to both staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on facilities, emerggency light testing, water temp testing, meter readings, painting and eneral maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Driving around the UK in a company vehicle to carry out these tasks
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is essential.
