Responsibilities
- Social Media Advertising: Manage campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
- E-Commerce Uploads: Add products to the website, Amazon, eBay, and other internal systems.
- Product Research: Identify new portfolio items, analyzing supplier costs and profit margins.
- Order Processing: Handle transactions smoothly via Sage, WooCommerce, Amazon, and eBay.
- Purchase Orders: Manage supply chain administration and processing.
- Customer Care: Handle online, phone, and showroom requests while building deep product knowledge.
- Pricing & Admin: Update accurate records, manage price listings, and complete general office duties.
- Showroom Hosting: Enthusiastically meet and greet customers visiting the premises
Requirements
- Education: At least 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 and above (or equivalent), strictly including English and Maths.
- Licence: A valid Driving Licence is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year of marketing experience is preferred, but a strong drive to learn is essential.
- IT Literacy: Competent computer user with fast, accurate keyboard skills.
- Communication: Excellent telephone manner and confident face-to-face presentation.
- Attributes: Organised time manager, proactive team player, friendly, and approachable.
