The Styles Hair Salon in Luton is looking for a reliable and experienced Senior hair stylist with strong colour and cutting skills. Our salon has been open for 10 years and we are currently updating and modernising our brand. We need someone who is professional, consistent, and confident in their work.
Responsibilities
- Balayage, highlights, toning and general colour services
- Women’s hair cutting
- Blow‑dry and daily styling
- Greeting clients and providing service recommendations
- Keeping the workstation clean and organised
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a women’s hair stylist
- Good colour knowledge and modern techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- NVQ Level 2/3 preferred
Hourly Pay
- £13 – £20 per hour (depending on experience & colour skill level)
- Commission on colour services
- Tips go directly to the stylist
Working Hours
- Full‑time or part‑time
- Flexible schedule available
Pay: £25,420.00-£53,180.78 per year
