About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman/woman to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks across residential and/or commercial properties. Responsibilities
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Painting and decorating
- Carpentry and joinery repairs
- Fitting fixtures and fittings
- Diagnosing maintenance issues
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- To contact the line manager of any issues that may arise
Requirements
- Proven handyman or maintenance experience
- Good knowledge of general building regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Good problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Own tools required
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Take and send photo evidence for job completion
