- Supporting students with essay structure, analysis of texts and use of evidence where appropriate.
- Using past papers, mark schemes and other relevant resources to prepare students for examinations.
- Helping students identify and address gaps in knowledge and understanding.
- Building students’ confidence and encouraging independent learning.
- Providing constructive feedback on progress.
- Adapting teaching approaches for students with different abilities and learning needs.
We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience teaching or tutoring secondary-aged students.
- Understands how to support students preparing for GCSE examinations.

Experience working with students with SEND or additional learning needs would be particularly welcomed.
Knowledge of current GCSE examination boards such as AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR or Eduqas would also be advantageous.
Qualified teachers, experienced tutors, teaching assistants, education professionals and graduates with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
