We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a Supported Accommodation Service supporting young people aged 16+ as they transition towards independence and adulthood.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, quality, and performance of the supported accommodation service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing support team
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted Supported Accommodation Regulations and Quality Standards
- Promoting positive outcomes and independence for young people
- Managing safeguarding, risk assessments, and service quality
- Supporting staff development and performance management
- Building strong relationships with Local Authorities and external stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement across the service
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Supported Accommodation, Leaving Care, Semi-Independent Living, or Children's Services
- Current Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Service Manager experience
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and supported accommodation standards
- Experience managing teams and service delivery
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
