Hours between 6.00am and 11.00pm [flexible patterns available]. Includes weekend rotations.
Within this role you will be adaptable to our guest needs and you will enjoy a variety of tasks putting our guests experience first.
Some responsibilities include:

To ensure that the changing rooms within our Spa and Leisure facility are clean, presentable and free of used items.

Ensure that all poolside areas are clean and presentable, free of obstruction and is an inviting relaxing space.

Ensure all public areas within the Spa and Leisure facility are clean and exceptionally presented.

Use of industrial cleaning machinery to deep clean and maintain the standards across the facility during closing hours.

Effectively manage used towels and robes by ensuring they are removed from guest areas and washed and dried in a timely manner within the laundry room.

Ensure effective stock levels of towels/robes are in the spa reception.

Work to allocated check lists and support where necessary the Spa and Leisure team/ your team with any general requests.

Uphold high levels of security and communication between management, fellow colleagues and guests.
