About the Role:
We are looking for kind, committed, and energetic Support Workers to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting a young lady with complex needs in her family home and community.
You’ll be working with a friendly, loving, and sociable young woman who enjoys music, sensory activities, swimming, and exciting outings. While she is non-verbal and partially sighted, she expresses herself through her personality and joy for life, she thrives on familiarity and fun. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and will never be working alone. Whether it’s singing along to Disney, going bowling or to the zoo, or providing essential personal care, every day is different and deeply rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide compassionate and attentive 2:1 support for personal care, mealtimes, mobility, and daily routines
● Support communication using non-verbal methods, building a strong rapport
● Assist with seizure management using training provided (including VNS intervention)
● Drive the client’s Motability vehicle for fun outings and appointments
● Facilitate enjoyable and stimulating activities, both at home and in the community
● Collaborate closely with the existing team and the client’s family Keep accurate records and adhere to care plans What We Offer:

● Friendly, patient, and passionate about person-centred care
● Comfortable working in a busy, stimulating environment
● Willing to sing, laugh, and engage in sensory play (musical talent not required!)
● Confident driver with a full UK driving licence (essential)
● Experience in complex care or learning disabilities is a bonus — but full training is provided
● Must be reliable, consistent, and eager to be part of a strong care team
