The Firm & The Team.
You will be joining one of the key players in the Residential Property market:
- The Setup: The office is a collaborative hub housing a mix of legal disciplines.
- Your Squad: You will work directly alongside the Partner and a team of highly experienced Conveyancers, supported by several dedicated secretaries.
The Role.
You will manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property matters.
- The Work: Managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions (sales and purchases), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and drafting residential tenancy agreements.
- The Targets: Highly realistic. The more matters you complete, the better your bonus will be!
You.
- Experience: You are a fully qualified Solicitor or FCILEx (NQ+).
- Vibe: You are commercially aware, team-oriented, and appreciate a tight-knit office environment where people stay long-term because it works.
The Deal.
- Salary: £46,000 - £65,000 depending on your PQE
- Flexibility: Genuine hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
