Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for efficient service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours and support overall kitchen operations.
- Serve dishes to guests when required, ensuring proper presentation and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including traditional cooking techniques and ingredient combinations.
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, food safety practices, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests effectively.
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred, along with familiarity with serving procedures in a fast-paced environment.
