Solicitor (Litigation)
McElroy Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a leading solicitors firm on an exclusive basis with an office in Dungannon. Our client who due to increased growth are looking to appoint a Solicitor into their team.
The qualified solicitor will be covering a range of areas but a particular emphasis will be on litigation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to work in a reputable team, gaining invaluable access to top quality work and skill. The client offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on meaningful cases and make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload spanning various areas of law
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents and provide legal advice to clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations and other legal proceedings
- Maintain accurate and organised case files, documents and correspondence
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents and case management software
The Candidate:
- Must be a Qualified Solicitor
- 3 years+ experience
- Commercially minded
- Motivated team player
- Good interpersonal and client facing skills
