Due to continued expansion, BUGS are looking for a Garden Maintenance Assistant to work on a self-employed OR fully employed basis. Ideally a basic knowledge of machinery or some experience is preferred although reliability is a key attribute.

This position often requires long hours of physical labour outdoors. We are seeking a hard-working individual who you can work independently, who has a strong work ethic and who is willing to accept responsibility for his or her actions. We want someone who is capable of seeing problems and fixing them. A successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, customers and members of other departments in a respectful manner and will be able to use our equipment (e.g. lawn mowers, leaf blowers, strimmers with ease)
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, shrubbery, and flower gardens.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain.
*Driving licence is essential*
