We are looking to recruit expert sessional teaching staff for our innovative Journalism BA honours programme. The successful candidate will join a team of enthusiastic and committed staff within the Department of Film and Media Production in the Institute of Arts and Humanities. Successful applicants will be placed on a register of sessional teachers and will be notified when suitable vacancies arise.
Journalism is a vibrant and exciting programme that seeks to offer a range of opportunities for students to work in the contemporary media and communications industries.
It has strong links with employers and puts a great emphasis on practical experience and skills, with theory being embedded in practice.
We are particularly interested in attracting experts in the following areas:
Investigative journalism
Magazine production / journalism
