Motorhome Technician – Southampton branch

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Motorhome Workshop Technician to join our team in our busy Southampton motorhome workshop
This is a key role within our service team, helping to drive a friendly, professional and successful dealership specialising in the retail sale and servicing of motorhomes. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer care, and we are looking for someone who shares that commitment.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out damp repairs
· Carry out floor Delamination Repairs
· General Fault Diagnosis & Rectification
· General modifications
· Carry out occasional driving duties as required
· Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment at all times
· Ensure all customer and sold vehicles are kept in excellent condition, using appropriate protective coverings
· Ensure all vehicles are securely locked after work is completed
· Provide a friendly, helpful and professional experience for all customers
About You
· Proven experience as a motorhome or caravan technician (desired)
· Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
· Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Full UK driving licence required
· A proactive, committed and positive attitude
