Café Celine is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality steaks, breakfasts, and a variety of café dishes.
- Develop and maintain a consistent, high-quality menu.
- Manage the kitchen efficiently and ensure food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Help manage stock, ordering, and kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef is essential.
- Strong experience cooking steaks, breakfasts, and a wide range of café-style meals.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
