What you’ll be doing
You’ll run this operation like a CEO. Here’s what that looks like:
- Running the operation at scale – pricing strategy, compliance frameworks, institutional client relationships, team leadership and culture.
- Managing expansion across new locations and new people – building out the model we’ve proven here, learning what works and adapting it thoughtfully.
- Learning from a board-level dealer who’s already mastered this with structured, hands-on mentorship.
- Building distributed leadership – you will work closely with the existing dealer, with two heads, one vision, shared responsibility.
- Owning the P&L and driving growth in a market with genuine opportunity, with the backing of a €1.5B group.

This role separates people quickly. We need someone with sharp instincts, ownership mentality, and the ability to think clearly under pressure. Here’s what that means:
- Strong logic and numeracy – you think in margins, P&L, unit economics. You can price under pressure and spot drift.
- Real ownership mentality – you’ve run something and you own the outcome. You don’t wait for permission; you decide and live with it.
- Intellectual honesty – you’re genuinely curious, you ask hard questions, you admit what you don’t know without ego.
- Great communication – you explain complex decisions clearly to clients, to your team, to peers.
- Go-getter energy – The work gets done because you care that it’s done right. No one needs to push you.
Experience we’d value
You don’t need to be perfect on paper. We care about how you think and what you’ve built. This is what we look for:
- 1–2 years in commercial, operationally complex roles – fintech, retail operations, trading, logistics. Anywhere you’ve had to think on your feet and own the outcome.
- STEM background or strong numeracy – comfortable thinking about numbers, margins, P&L drift, unit economics. Not intimidated by the math.
- Team leadership earned through example – you’ve managed people, formally or informally.
- Intellectual curiosity over domain experience – genuine hunger to understand how things work and why decisions get made the way they do. A willingness to say “I don’t know, teach me”.

- Salary: Up to £60,000, depending on experience and background. Competitive for the market and the role.
- Bonus: Profit-linked – you share directly in the operation’s success. When the office performs, you perform.
