Refrigeration Engineer
Nottingham / Derby & Surrounding Areas Permanent, Full Time
Salary £43,996 including standby fee + Company Vehicle + Door-to-Door Travel and Excellent Package
We are working with a large, national facilities management contractor with an excellent industry reputation, stable long-term contracts and a strong track record of looking after and developing their engineers.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Refrigeration Engineer based around Nottingham, Derby or the surrounding areas to work across a mobile retail portfolio.
The Role
· Carry out reactive maintenance, servicing and repairs across commercial refrigeration systems.
· Diagnose faults and complete remedial works where required.
· Work across a mobile retail portfolio throughout the East Midlands.
· Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
· Provide a professional service to clients and site teams.
· Complete relevant job reports and documentation accurately.
The Person
· Previous experience working on commercial refrigeration systems.
· Strong fault-finding, service and repair experience.
· Ideally hold a relevant refrigeration qualification / NVQ.
· Current F-Gas qualification.
· Hydrocarbon experience would be beneficial.
· Based around Nottingham, Derby or the surrounding areas.
· Comfortable working in a mobile role with occasional further travel when required.
· Full UK driving licence.
· Professional, reliable and able to work independently.
Package
· Salary £43,996 including standby fee.
· Company vehicle.
· Travel paid door to door.
· Monday to Friday.
· Callout rota – 1 week in 4.
· 33 days annual leave.
